About Hotel 7 Suria

    We are a brand new 122 rooms hotel located inside the preferred mall of Kota Kinabalu – Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. Our lobby is on the 7th Floor accessible by car and 8 elevators. There are 2 elevators next to McDonald’s (at Ground Floor) which are connected directly to our lobby.

    Our rooms have 5 categories, namely Premier with sea view (70 m²), Executive with sea view (from 35m² to 45m²), Deluxe with sea + city view (26m² to 29m²), Superior with city + sea view (21m²), Standard with no window (21m² to 26m²). Certain Executive and Standard rooms are designed for a family stay, with 2 King beds or King + Twin beds for Executive and 2 Queen beds for Standard.

    The hotel services & facilities are always available. All rooms are airconditioned, with private bathroom and toiletries, Wi-Fi, TV, in-room private safe, mini-refrigerator, bottled water, and hot water kettle.

2) Check out time: 12:00 noon

Charge for late check out:

· 50% from walk in rate (based on room type)

3) Charge for extra mattress is RM 100

4) Smoking is not allowed

5) Pet is not allowed

6) Reservation hour start from 9.00 am until 6.00 pm

7) Price shown does not include breakfast. For breakfast request:

· Weekday (Sun to Thu): RM30

· Weekend (Fri & Sat ) : RM35

8) Refundable safety deposit RM 100 per room per night is required upon check in

9) Cancellation Policy

· Free Cancellation (Full Refund): 1 day BEFORE check-in date.

· First Night Penalty: 'No Show' or cancellation made within 1 day before the arrival date
